"I bought Peppermint Chocolate, Rootbeer Float, Monkey Farts and Rainbow Sherbet.

I've got to say, Peppermint Chocolate is my least favourite one among all, just because it smells a bit weird. o_o In fact, it kinda smells like coffee to me haha. But after using it a few times, it wasn't as bad as it smells. When you apply it only you can smell the chocolate, but it doesn't have any chocolate flavour, it taste minty instead haha. :P

As for my favourite, it would be Rainbow Sherbet. Rather tasteless, but smells too damn nice. From the reviews I saw, it's supposed to smells like skittles. But I personally think it have this fizzy like lime smell instead, which I love to bits! :D

Rootbeer Float is my second favourite. I personally love drinking rootbeer so yeah. :P Smells just like rootbeer with vanilla ice cream. And it also have this slight foamy vanilla ice cream taste, just like in the drink itself! But it will go away after you lick your lips, sadly. :(

Monkey Farts to me actually smells like those scented erasers that I used to love collecting when I was younger. :P But after sniffing it (haha trust me its addictive) for quite some time, it actually smells like banana and bubblegum. :P So its not bad, cute name too. x)

However, although the smell may be intriguing, I was a bit disappointed because the lip balms were rather tasteless. :( I was hoping for those that have sweet taste or whatsoever. Oh well, I shall get my hands on those lip balms with Stevia sweetened, soon. >D

You can get these My Lip Stuff lip balms (a brand famous in US) here in Malaysia @ My Lip Stuff Malaysia for RM12 a tube.

Go crazy. ;)"

*shortened to only the balm review*

"MY LIP STUFF is actually a brand from the USA,which sells lip balms handmade from natural ingredients! You can check the ingredients at the label, doesn't have those bombastic chemical names like other lip balms.I like it that it is not tested on animals and it is eco-friendly too!So I ordered the Mystery Pack of 2,since I don't know which flavour to choose from also and just to try it out since there has been lotsa reviews on it on the blogshop i got it from.
Its packed in bubble wrap so that it doesn't get damaged on the way which is good!
So I got Peppermint Chocolate & Key Lime Pie(One of the bestsellers!).
Doesn't have any color in it.I started using the Peppermint Chocolate flavour first and it seriously smelled like those mint chocolates that I used to eat like the After Eight chocolates! Its very glossy too so even 1 layer of it is enough and you won't need lip gloss. It has a bit of a cooling affect cause of the mint.It does have the typical lip balm taste though.I usually use my Bodyshop lip butter before I go to sleep but after using this one,I am sticking with it!XD.Its long lasting and my lips will be soft and won't peel(though sometimes it does) when I wake up in the morning.

I will write another review for the Key Lime Pie flavour once I am done with the chocolate one!I plan to get one for my friend too!XD"

Peppermint Chocolate Review: Red Luscious Lips

"Just trying: My Lip Stuff lip balm in Peppermint Chocolate

Sounds delicious, eh?

Like most natural lip balms that don’t contain wax, the balm goes on oily-smooth, and feels like you have an oily layer on – so my first impression of it wasn’t too great. But the oiliness goes off after a while, and now, I can’t get enough of this stuff!

It’s a really good product – and does what it says it will do. I especially love using it at night, because I’ll wake up to supple lips all ready for any onslaught, especially from my matte lipsticks. Nars? No problems, MAC Mattes? Easy!

Yep, the biggest difference I find, other than no more chapped lips, is that my usually unforgiving matte lipsticks are now easier to apply, and doesn’t suck the moisture out of my lips the way they’d normally do. But don’t apply matte lippies right after this balm, because it leaves a very obvious sheen on lips.

Now, the most obvious question – does it really taste or smell of Peppermint Chocolate? Sorry, ladies – not to me. The scent is obvious the minute you apply the balm, but as quickly as you’re enticed by the hint of delicious chocolate-mint, that makes you want to inhale more, it disappears - rather quickly, to my disappointment.

Still, this factor has not stopped me from falling in love with the lip balm, and I’m looking forward to trying out more from My Lip Stuff.

There are more than 500 of these flavoured natural lip balms available, from the yummy (Cookies and Cream), to the wacky (Jalapeno) to even the most bizarre – Cat Pee! (You can read Kahani’s review of Cat Pee here)

Each tube of lip balm is priced at RM12, excluding shipping, and the range is available at http://mylipstuffmalaysia.blogspot.com/

* A quick shout-out to Cynthia of My Lip Stuff Malaysia for the introduction and the free balm to try! "
