We will open on certain Public Holidays, do contact us beforehand if you're planning to drop by on a Public Holiday!

Directions to our shop from Empire Gallery shopping mall:
1. On the UG floor, proceed to the lifts besides Madam Kwan's.
2. Inform the guards that you want to visit the 10th floor, they will use their access card to allow you to go up.
3. Exit the lift on the 10th floor, and turn left. Our unit is the first unit on the left (HeatWave Trading).

Pos Laju:
Signature required. Fastest and most secure method of delivery. Note, rates may differ depending on your actual order.

- Parcels will be posted daily at 1.00pm. Any changes from this schedule will be communicated via email to respective recipients.

- Tracking numbers will be communicated via email once your items have been packed. Note, tracking numbers will only appear on the Pos Malaysia website after 8pm on the day the item has been posted.
- Any payments received for goods after 12.30pm, will be posted the next working day
